Auction Dates – Pre-bidding will open on May 3^rd at 8:00 am.  The live auction will begin at 10:24 am on May 24^th, 2023, and will be held off-site at the Washita County Activity Center, 423 N Massingale Dr., Cordell, OK 73632.

Check Out Dates – 10% of purchase price shall be placed in escrow immediately following the close of the sale.  Balance of purchase price to be due and payable upon acceptance of title.  All taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.  Possession will be given at closing.
